tickets & check-in

Upon booking you will receive the train tickets by e-mail. Amsterdam Central Station is the check-in point for the Dinner Train, where the red carpet will be laid out on the platform and our train manager welcomes you on board.

When arriving at the station, please pay attention to the information displays and the announcements for the actual departure information. Our train manager awaits you on the platform, accompanies you on board, and will show you your table, which will start your Dinner Train experience.

The Dinner Train tickets come with a QR code. This code is to be scanned at the ticket gates and grants access to the platform.

In the rare occasion that construction works hinder the regular operating route, we might divert the train after departure from Amsterdam Central Station through another route.

The Dinner Train does not offer a floor level entrance for guests arriving by wheel chair or walker. On request we can assign a table in the compartment directly besides the entrance doors. Our colleagues will be happy to assist you to your table.
