  • Responsible for stock taking and looking after HACCP
  • Ensure the mise en place is prepared and checked before shift
  • Monitor and assist all food deliveries to the Dinner Train ensuring all items are in a good condition and fit enough for purpose
  • Ensure all cleaning schedules are adhered to
  • Ensure all food and other waste is disposed of effectively and efficiently

Requirements for the role:

  • Independent Cook/Chef de Partie, with a minimum of one year experience
  • Currently working in the hospitality industry
  • Passionate about food with a desire to learn and work hard
  • Keen to progress their career in a good working environment
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • A reasonable knowledge of food ingredients and cooking techniques
  • Assists the Chef / Sous Chef as and when required.
  • Must be able to work varying shifts including weekends and bank holidays
  • Dutch and/or English speaking.
